KlevaCore LLC provides SMS messaging via the KlevaVoice platform on behalf of our client businesses (such as nail salons and other service businesses). The following terms apply to all SMS communications:
Mobile phone number privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive (for example, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to inquiries you initiated). We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing is limited to subprocessors that operate our messaging infrastructure (Twilio, Inc.) and the specific client business the consumer is communicating with.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Most messages are sent in direct reply to texts you initiate. Confirmed appointments may trigger up to one (1) confirmation message and up to one (1) reminder message per appointment.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Opting out. You may opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
